KAREN SKINNER
PROJECT MANAGER

Karen was appointed Project Manager in August 2008 and was previously employed by Centrelink as a Customer Service Advisor.  Prior to that Karen worked for Families SA as a Youth Support Worker, which brings significant knowledge of the barriers faced by Whyalla's youth and unemployed. 

Karen is an active member of the Whyalla community, providing leadership and direction to a number of local committee's.

In her role with WEDB Karen leads the local Employment and Skills Formation Network and oversees the implementation of training programs to support the ESF target groups.

Karen is currently studying a Diploma in Project Management.
